OnlyTechs is the operations platform Glass House Technologies runs its own field business on. It ties scheduling, dispatch, the project lifecycle, GPS check-in, closeout, invoicing, and payroll into one system built specifically for low-voltage cabling and physical-security crews.
Technicians get a today’s-shift workspace on their phone: clock in against a specific job, follow a task checklist, capture photos and paperwork, and chat with their crew and manager. Back at HQ, live dashboards track every project through its stages, Scheduled, In Progress, Awaiting Closeout, Closed, Invoiced, Paid, with QuickBooks sync and a VPN-connected back office.
